Shipping policy

All our orders are shipped via Australia Post with insurance.

Free standard shipping within Australia applies for purchases over $250 AUD excluding bulky items, such as saddles, certain saddle pads, large body protectors, tall riding boots and travel/float boots.

Orders for in-stock items will generally be shipped within 24 hours.

ProCush, Perri's Leather and Exion Pro custom and pre-orders will take a minimum of 6-8 weeks to be shipped.

HKM and Premier Equine pre-orders generally take between 4-6 weeks to be shipped. 

Lumiere Equestrian, Vipa and KEP Italia pre-orders will generally take up to 4 weeks to be shipped.

E.A Mattes will take between 10-12 weeks to be shipped.

If you have an order for in-stock and pre-ordered/custom ordered items, they will be shipped together unless other arrangements have been made.

We will keep you informed on the progress of your order if it is likely to take longer than these time frames.

Our website stock is live and accurate, however if you have an urgent request for a pre-order item please get in contact with us via email or send us a message and we will confirm the time frame for that item.

Tacklet is an Australian, family owned business, so in order to provide you with the best prices and widest range possible we have implemented pre-orders on products from some of our suppliers in order to expand our available range for you! You can feel secure in the fact that these suppliers are those that supply products to us on a regular basis and who have very efficient and accurate stock shipments to us.
