Refund policy
30 Day Exchanges
If you have purchased an item in the wrong size and it is in the same condition as you received it, you may return the item to us within 30 days, and we will exchange for a different size (subject to availability). Postage is to be paid by the customer.
This policy does not include Custom Order items such as engraved halters, E.A. Mattes products and ProCush Whips.
The benefits under our 30-day exchange policy are in addition to other rights and remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law.
Before sending back any items, please first send us an email to confirm stock availability at info@tacklet.com.au.
Refunds
Our goods come with guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law which cannot be excluded. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
