Tacklet was born out of a simple belief: that quality equestrian gear shouldn't cost the earth.

We're a saddlery based in Kinglake West, Victoria — right in the heart of horse country. We know firsthand what riders and their horses need day in, day out. Whether you're heading to a weekend show, schooling at home, or just keeping your horse comfortable and safe, the right gear makes all the difference.

Why We Started Tacklet

Like a lot of riders, we spent years frustrated by the choice between gear that was affordable but ordinary, or quality products that came with eye-watering price tags. We knew there had to be a better way — so we went looking for it.

Tacklet started as a passion project and grew into something we're genuinely proud of: a curated range of gear from riding boots to saddle pads, helmets to body protectors and everyday equestrian essentials that tick both boxes. High quality. Affordable prices.
