Answers to Frequently Asked Questions

Where are you located and can we pick up an order?

We are located in the beautiful Kinglake West which is just over an hour's drive north of the Melbourne CBD. You can select pick up at the check out and we will get in contact to organise a time to collect.

Why are so many products pre-order?

We have many suppliers and we provide the opportunity to pre-order items from their range to provide people with the widest range possible.

As a small business we strive to provide excellent customer service and advice on products and to do this we allow customers to browse the whole range and add multiple supplier products together to save on postage and having to order from multiple sources.

I haven't received a confirmation email?

Check your spam/junk email folder. Sometimes our order confirmation emails are marked as spam. We recommend adding our email address (info@tacklet.com.au) as a safe sender to ensure you don't miss any emails from us.

I have ordered an in-stock item, when will it be shipped?

Most items are shipped within 24 hours of the order being placed and you will receive a fulfilment email with your tracking number.

What shipping company do you use?

We use Australia Post to ship items within Australia and also overseas.

I have ordered a custom order item, when will I receive updates?

Once you place an order for a custom order item, if there are any issues with your order we will be in contact to confirm details. Otherwise it will be placed into the next production run for each supplier. Once your item/s have been completed and have left the factory we will email you to let you know. Once items are shipped they generally take between 1-2 weeks to reach us before they are sent out to you. Once it arrives here it will be shipped out straight away and you will receive a tracking number at that point.

I have ordered a pre-order item, when will I receive it?

Once you place an order for a pre-order item, if there are any issues with your order, such as suppliers having to re-stock we will be in contact to confirm what you would like to do. If the item is in-stock it will leave from the supplier in our next order and we will provide an update once the item leaves our supplier. Once it arrives here it will be shipped out straight away and you will receive a tracking number at that point.
